PURPOSE: A high functional engine oil additive of a multi-purpose internal combustion engine and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance the performance of the engine combustion by washing and coating inside the vehicle combustion engine. CONSTITUTION: A high functional engine oil additive of a multi-purpose internal combustion engine is manufactured by mixing 0.05-1.0 parts by weight of anti-oxidant, 0.05-1.0 parts by weight of an emulsifier, 0.5-5.0 parts by weight of a corrosion inhibitor, 0.5-10.0 parts by weight of a detergent dispersant, 0.5-8.0 parts by weight of a friction reducing agent, and 0.01-1.0 parts by weight of an anti-foaming agent. Base oil is one or more of polybutene, polyalphaolefin and alkylated naphthalene. The anti-oxidant is one or more of 2,6-di-t-butyl-4-methyl phenol, 2,4-di-t-butylphenyl phosphite, di-n-butyl phosphite, and dilaurylthiodipropionate. The emulsifier is one or more of calcium alkyl sulfonate and lithium 12-hydroxy stearate. The corrosion inhibitor is one or more of 1H-benzotriazole, N,N-dimethylaniline, N-methylaniline, and diphenylamine. The detergent dispersant is one or more of benzalkonium fluoride, calcium alkyl sulfonate, and polybutene succinimide. The friction reducing agent is one or more of zinc die thio phosphite, zinc dialkyl die thio phosphite, tricresyl phosphate, and a molybdenum sulfide. The anti-foaming agent is one or more of silicone loeve, polyethylene glycol, and polyester. |
