PURPOSE: A ceramic package singulation system and a singulation method are provided to automatically perform a cutting and a sorting process and to improve process speed. CONSTITUTION: A loading system(20) loads at least one ring frame to a breaking table. A cutting part(30) cuts a ceramic strip into individual ceramic packages. An individual ceramic package loading device transfers the cut package to a sorting table. A sorting part(50) transfers the transferred package to a middle stage. A ring frame unloading device transfers a separated ring frame to a discharging position.
