TUBER TISSUE-SPECIFIC LACCASE PROMOTER FROM SOLANUM TUBEROSUM AND USES THEREOF

PURPOSE: A Solanum tuberosum-derived tuber tissue-specific laccase promoter and a use thereof are provided to develop a transgenic plant to functionally change a production material in a tuber tissue. CONSTITUTION: A Solanum tuberosum-derived tuber tissue-specific laccase promoter contains a base of sequence number 1. A recombinant plant expression vector contains the promoter. The recombinant plant expression vector is prepared by operatively linking a target gene encoding a target protein at downstream of the promoter. A plant is transformed by the recombinant plant expression vector.
