PURPOSE: An arm exercise measurement method using a depth sensor and a recording medium using the same are provided to improve rehabilitation exercise by easily perceiving an amount of exercise by a user. CONSTITUTION: A vertical line information is obtained from an image in which a foreground object is extracted(S205). A midpoint of the vertical line is searched(S207). Three reference points are obtained in the searched midpoints(S209). An angle of an arm making the three reference points is calculated(S211). The number of exercise times and exercise intensity are calculated using the angle(S213).
