PURPOSE: A button assembly of a surface-emitting switch is provided to improve concentration of light by forming a separate space in a transmissive region of the light. CONSTITUTION: A diffusion member(10) diffuses light. The light is emitted from a light source. A display member(20) transmits the diffused light. A gap unit forms a separated space between the diffusion member and the display member.
