METHOD FOR TRANSPORTING BROADCASTING MESSAGE IN VEHICLE TO INFRASTRUCTURE NETWORK

PURPOSE: A broadcasting message transmission method in a V2I(Vehicle To Infrastructure) network is provided to control ARP(Address Resolution Protocol) time for a VCD(Vehicle Communication Device) by using situation information of the VCD in an RSU(Road Side Unit). CONSTITUTION: An RSU generates a broadcasting message which includes at least one of a WBSS(WAVE(Wireless Access in Vehicle Environment) Basic Service Set) member field, an average speed field, and a sender state field. The WBSS member field includes information for the number of RSUs in a corresponding RSU router. The average speed field includes information for average speed of VCDs existing in a service cell of an RSU. The sender state field includes information for a state of the RSU which transmits the broadcasting message. The RSU transmits the broadcasting message to one or more VCDs.
