<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase processing speed even for a recording medium with low transfer speed. <P>SOLUTION: In recording data in a recording medium with low transfer speed such as an optical disk from a recording medium with high transfer speed such as a magnetic disk, data is divided and distributedly and simultaneously recorded in a plurality of recording media with low transfer speed, thereby enabling processing speed to be increased even for a recording medium with low transfer speed.
