<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of difficulty in manufacturing time reduction and of increasing manufacturing cost due to difficulty in mechanization and many steps to be manually performed such as taping one sides of thick and thin papers, adhering a pad material with a double-sided tape or paste, and adhering the pad material between the thick and thin papers, in adhering work, in padded type cover. <P>SOLUTION: Adhering of the thin paper to the thick paper becomes easy by forming a half cut on the thin paper for covering the pad material, directly pasting an adhesive such as glue, bond or the like on the thick paper, and folding the half cut inward, wherein side matching of the thin paper to the thick paper becomes easy, the adhesive pasted on the thick paper is also used for adhering the pad material, thereby working steps are reduced and the manufacturing time and cost are reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
