<p>Data points indicative of a service requested by a customer are collected and are stored in a data repository in association with a customer identifier that is linked to the customer. The collected data points are used to generate a recap of the service that was requested by the customer. The recap additionally includes one or more user interface elements for obtaining additional data points from the customer. The additional data points are then usable to construct further messages to be sent to the customer to thereby maintain an on-going dialog with the customer.</p> |
