This drug solution transfer and injection method is provided with: a step (S1) for penetrating a rubber stopper (30) of a drug solution container (26) and inserting a needle (29), and drawing out drug solution (28) inside the drug solution container (26); a step (S2) for confirming whether or not a solution collection opening (29a) at the tip of the needle (29) has moved to the inside of the rubber stopper (30) when the needle (29) is pulled out from the drug solution container (26); a step (S3) for changing the inside of the needle (29) and the inside of a syringe (27) to a state of negative pressure by pulling a plunger (27a) in the syringe (27) to which the needle (29) is attached; and a step (S4) for pulling out the solution collection opening (29a) of the needle (29) from the rubber stopper (30) by moving the needle (29) relative to the direction in which the needle (29) separates from the syringe (27) and the drug solution container (26).
