摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precipitator for a failed fuel detection device of a cover gas method which is capable of reducing adhesion of metal fine powder to a detector, a core wire or an inner surface. <P>SOLUTION: A precipitator sensor includes: a hollow body part 21; a first partition wall 23a that separates the inside of the body part 21 into an upper part 22a and a middle part 22b; a second partition wall 23b that separates the inside of the body part 21 into the middle part 22b and a lower part 22c; a first insulating member 27a penetrating the first partition wall 23a; a second insulating member 27b penetrating the second partition wall; first and second connectors 30a, 30b; an anode wire 25 provided so as to extend from the top end to the bottom end of the body part; a first pipe 28 that supplies cover gas and fresh argon gas; and a second pipe 29 that discharges exhaust gas from the middle part. In the precipitator sensor, the distance from the top surface of the second partition wall 23b to the top end of the second insulating member 27b is equal to the distance from the top surface of the second partition wall 23b to the first pipe 28 or larger. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
