<p>The invention relates to a machine for simultaneously making two rope-like mouldings with constant pitch. According to the invention, the machine consists of a system () for fixing and driving two pieces into the rotation movement with the same sense or with inverse senses, a guiding system () for the linear-longitudinal motion of a system () for driving some working tools (), consisting of a plate () driven into linear movement by means of a moving screw (), on the plate () there being placed some electric motors () which drive the working tools (), the motors having the possibility of cross motion by means of some guidings () in order to provide the positioning depending on the rotation axes of the pieces, the drive and the required quality of the surfaces of the worked pieces being ensured by the mechanical system consisting of multiple elements (), and the rotation sense of the pieces is provided by an inverting element (). As claimed by the invention, the process, applicable on the machine, consists of the fact that the rope-like moulding coiling angle may be oriented in the same sense or in opposite sense on the two pieces to be worked by means of an inverting mechanism which provides identical speeds for the pieces and the possibility of changing the rotation senses in one of the pieces, thus there being obtained pair pieces, from the point of view of the symmetry of the coiling orientation.</p> |
