A method for manufacturing high-cleaness bearing steel is provided to prevent blocking of the nozzle and extend the service life by forming slag with high inclusion capturing performance. A method for manufacturing high-cleaness bearing steel comprises a step of decarburizing molten steel in blowing of a converter(S10), a step of putting in an additive during tapping of the molten steel to control CaO/SiO2 of the slag to 5~10 and CaO/Al2O3 of the slag to 1.5~2.0(S20), a step of putting in an additive to maintain the CaO/SiO2 and CaO/Al2O3 of the slag while heating a ladle in a ladle furnace process(S30), and a step of increasing the content of sulfur to 0.003~0.007% in a RH(Ruhrstahl-Heraess) process of molten steel(S40). |
