PURPOSE: A power control device and an image forming device including the same are provided to control the activation and inactivation of a DC/DC converter without an extra micom-based power control circuit. CONSTITUTION: A DC/DC converter(100) is activated or inactivated according to a level of a signal inputted to an enable pin. A switching unit(120) is connected with the enable pin and switched to change the level of the signal. An input unit(130) is connected with a side of the switching unit.
