PURPOSE: A chair with a lumbar support part is provided to improve convenience regardless of the physical condition of a user. CONSTITUTION: A chair with a lumbar support part includes a seat plate(2) formed in the lower part of a chair frame at which a chair leg(1) is fixed, a back part(3) fixed to the rear part of the chair frame and having a flexible lower extension part, and a lumbar support part(4) formed in the back end of the seat plate. The lumbar support part includes a height controlling part consisting of a support fixing handle for holding a movable support, and a movable support unit hinge-fixed to a waist support cushion for supporting a user's waist.
