PURPOSE: A photovoltaic generation apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form first, second, and third through-holes at the same time, and to improve a fill factor. CONSTITUTION: A light absorption layer is arranged on a back electrode layer(200). A buffer layer(400) is arranged on the light absorption layer. A front electrode layer(600) is arranged on the buffer layer. A connection part(800) touches the back electrode layer. The connection part includes a material different from the front electrode layer. |
