PURPOSE: A medal tap type double closure for double-unsealing is provided to unseal a crown cap using a tap without an opener. CONSTITUTION: A tightening screw(940) is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the certain portion of a double inlet(900) to be tightened on the inlet peripheral screw of a bottle(80). A peripheral groove(980) for pressing a closure is formed on the upper side of the double inlet. A tear-proof peripheral band(910) is formed on the lower side of the double inlet. A rivet hole for coupling a medal-shaped tap(400), a pushing portion for cutting, a handle portion for touching the tap, and a groove for stopping the tap are formed on the certain portion of the tap. The rivet of the closure is semi-fixed to the rivet hole. A skirt type, a retracting type, or a curling type pressing shape is formed on the certain portion of the outer circumferential surface of the closure coupled to be pressed on the peripheral groove of the double inlet or inlet of the bottle. A liner(30) in contact with the double inlet or inlet of the bottle, a disk(800), and a ring disk(810) are inserted into the closure. The liner is inserted into the certain portion of the closure, or the disk or the ring disk is inserted into the upper side of the inserted liner.
