PURPOSE: A skin peeling cosmetic composition containing a Chohyo complex is provided to improve smooth skin. CONSTITUTION: A skin peeling cosmetic composition contains 0.0001-30.0 wt% of Chohyo complex which is prepared by fermenting Citrus junos, Prunus mume fruit, Punica granatum, and unpolished rice using Acetobacter sp. and Lactobacillus sp. The Acetobacter sp. and Lactobacillus sp. are Acetobacter aceti and Lactobacillus acidophilus. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of a solution, a suspension, an emulsion, a paste, a pack, a lotion, a powder, a soap, a surfactant-containing cleansing, oil, a powder foundation, an emulsion foundation, a wax foundation, or a spray.
