PURPOSE: An electric pressure cooker is provided to prevent degradation of airtightness and to easily separate a sealing member, which is connected to an inner pot, from the inner pot. CONSTITUTION: An electric pressure cooker comprises a main case, an inner pot(190), and a lid assembly(100). A tapered surface is formed to an upper edge of the inner pot. The lid assembly comprises an inner cover(110), a sealing member(120), and a driving member(130). In a lower surface of the sealing member, a sealing surface is formed to correspond to the tapered surface and seals the inner pot. The driving member drives by electricity and transfers the inner cover and the sealing member to direction which is to be far or close each other. |
