The present application provides a process for changing the color of keratinic fibers, comprising the steps of: (i) preparing the ready-to-use composition immediately prior to use by combination of a) a color change formulation (A) which is liquid and comprises at least one alkalizing agent in a cosmetically compatible carrier, and b) an oxidizing agent formulation (B) which is liquid and comprises hydrogen peroxide as an oxidizing agent in a cosmetically compatible carrier, in a reclosable vessel (C) having a ratio of height of the vessel to greatest diameter of the orifice of less than 3:1 and then mixing, (ii) distributing the ready-to-use composition on the fibers, (iii) leaving the composition on the fibers for a period of 1 to 60 min (iv) and washing the remaining composition out of the fibers. |
