<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module capable of maintaining reliability thereof for a long term. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell module comprises: a plurality of back contact solar cells 110 each including a plurality of first electrodes 112, each of which is positioned on a back surface of a substrate 111 and extends in a first direction, and a plurality of second electrode 113, each of which is positioned between the two adjacent first electrodes and extends in the first direction; a plurality of first conductive adhesive films CF1, each of which is brought into contact with one end of each of the first electrodes of one of the two solar cells adjacent each other; a plurality of second conductive adhesive films CF2, each of which is brought into contact with one end of each of the second electrodes of the other of the two solar cells; an interconnector 120 positioned between the two solar cells adjacent each other and electrically connecting the first conductive adhesive film with the second conductive adhesive film to electrically connect the two solar cells adjacent each other; a front sealing material and a back sealing material protecting the solar cells; a transparent member 150 arranged at an upper part of the front sealing material on a side of the front surfaces of the substrates; and a back sheet arranged at a lower part of the back sealing material on a side of the back surfaces of the substrates. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
