The device has a heat exchanger (12), in which inner medium i.e. air, is bypassed by transmission of heat energy on an outer medium, in an opposite direction. The inner medium is guided into an inner circuit, and the outer medium is guided into an outer circuit. The inner circuit is closed in relation to the outer circuit in a liquid tight or gastight manner. The heat exchanger comprises heat exchanger plates, whose interstices are either exclusively associated to the inner circuit or the outer circuit. The heat exchanger plates are made of polypropylene.
