The tower (1) has a suspending device (6) i.e. transverse carrier, arranged at a tower (2) e.g. steel concrete structure, for suspending or carrying an electrical line (7). A support device (13) is arranged at the tower and supports a wind turbine (14) i.e. vertical axis wind turbine, and another wind turbine (21) i.e. horizontal axis wind turbine. The turbines produce electrical energy from a wind force. The tower is anchored in a ground (12) by a tower anchoring device (11). An additional anchoring device is arranged adjacent to the tower anchoring device.
