摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce inconvenience caused by the sticking of scattering particles from a nugget part to a shaft-like member fitted to a rolling bearing and an inner ring of the rolling bearing. <P>SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing a rolling bearing device is provided so that an inner ring inner surface of the rolling bearing is fitted to an outer surface of a shaft-like first member, at least a part of a peripheral edge part in the axial direction in the inner ring of the rolling bearing and the outer surface of the first member are welded by irradiating a laser beam, an incident angle of the laser beam relative to an end surface in the axial direction on the inner peripheral edge part side of the rolling bearing inner ring, is set larger than 45&deg;, a shape of the first member is a shape of not allowing the first member exist within a predetermined distance from an end part on the first member side of the nugget part formed by irradiation of the laser beam, and within a region of becoming 45&deg; or less in an angle formed between a straight line extending from the end part and an irradiation axis of the laser beam. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
