<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide maintenance technology for restoring an agent program in a mobile terminal in extremely short time when the agent program stops. <P>SOLUTION: An agent program 14 includes a heartbeat transmission part 24 which transmits heartbeats at fixed intervals. An OS framework 18 includes: a heartbeat delivery part 28 which delivers the heartbeats to a helper program 16; and a program starting part 30 which restarts the agent program 14 on the basis of a request from the helper program 16, and restarts the helper program 16 when the helper program 16 is not at a starting state at a point of time when the heartbeats are delivered. The helper program 16 includes an agent monitoring part 26 which counts time by resetting a timer whenever the heartbeat is received, and requests restart of the agent program 14 to the OS framework 18 when the next heartbeat is not transmitted even when fixed time passes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
