<p>A method for manufacturing a glassware with golden patterns on its surface comprises: taking glass liquid made by raw materials for making the glassware; blowing the glass liquid to a bulb-shaped glass body with a certain diameter; rolling the bulb-shaped glass body on a working platform on which artificial goldstone particles are tiled in order to wrap a layer of artificial goldstone particles around the surface of the bulb-shaped glass body; sintering the bulb-shaped glass body wrapped with artificial goldstone particles on its surface in an environment of 800-1000oC for 3-5 minutes to melt the artificial goldstone particles and fuse the particles and the surface of the bulb-shaped glass body together to form a rough blank; placing the rough blank with the fused artificial goldstone particles into a mold to heat to 400 oC -600 oC; rotating and blowing to enlarge the rough blank and form the glassware according to the mold shape finally; taking the formed glassware out of the mold; and obtaining the glassware with golden patterns on its surface after annealing and cooling. The glassware with golden patterns on its surface, manufactured according to the invention, generates good visual effect. In addition, the invention can reduce the production cost and procedures.</p> |
