METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HETEROGENEOUS ULTRATHIN FINE CLAD USING FINE CLAD MANUFACTURING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a heterogeneous ultrathin material using a fine clad manufacturing system are provided to uniformly wind or unwind a base metal by adjusting the position an edge during the initial setting for the base metal or a welding process. CONSTITUTION: A fine clad manufacturing system comprises a housing(11), one or more pumps, an unwinder(31), a plasma processing unit(50), a low pressure rolling unit(60), a winder(39), and an edge position controlling unit(80). The low pressure rolling unit rolls two base metals which flow into the low pressure rolling unit through a connecting passage after being processed by the plasma processing unit. The winder winds the two base materials welded by the low pressure rolling unit. The edge position controlling unit controls the lateral position of the base metal.
