<p>The device (1) comprises a cage-like stator (2), a hard rotor (3), which is driven around a rotational axis (4) and encloses a free chamber, an inlet (10) for a base substance and a separation substance, and a separate outlet (9) for laminated confectionery products from the base substance and the separation substance. The rotor and the stator are arranged with the horizontally aligned rotational axis displaceable and adjustable in the inclination. A processing section is formed between the stator and the rotor for combining the base substance and the separation substance. The elements have a hard coil, a scraping comb, a pulling mandrel and/or pins. The movable elements are provided in the free space formed in the rotor. An independent claim is included for a method for continuous production of laminated confectionery products from a base substance and a separation substance.</p> |
