<p>An approach is provided for generating a collaborative playlist. An input for initiating creation of a collaborative playlist is received. The collaborative playlist can be based, at least in part, on one or more criteria. A notification of the collaborative playlist is determined to be transmitted to one or more devices. Respective users of the one or more devices are used to update the collaborative playlist.</p> |
