摘要 <p>&lt;P&gt;PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor a threat of gas diffusion in case of gas leakage from a pipeline and suppress gas diffusion. Ž&lt;P&gt;SOLUTION: A pipeline section 107 on which a stress load is applied due to corrosion is calculated and diffusion is analyzed by a diffusion equation when gas blows out from the particular section. A pattern of spread by gas diffusion is obtained, and map data is searched for buildings and public facilities 111-113 located inside the pattern. The degree of risk is set on the basis of the diffusion concentration at the position. In this case, wind direction and wind velocity are taken into consideration. If a building or a public facility is located at a position having a high degree of risk, gas transport pressure in the pipeline 101 for reducing the degree of risk by distributing transportation flow to a pipeline 102 of another route is calculated to reduce the gas transportation pressure in the pipeline 101.
