PURPOSE: A device for preventing a front end of a wire-rod coil from becoming stuck is provided to smoothly control an end part of a wire-rod coil integrating apparatus, and to prevent friction by moving a holding arm up and down. CONSTITUTION: A device(100) for preventing a front end of a wire-rod coil from becoming stuck comprises a holding arm(5), a hitting unit(110), and a horizontally moving unit. The holding arm is connected to a conveyor roller(10) conveying the wire-rod coil. The holding arm supports an end part of the wire-rod coil falling from the conveyor roller into a reform tube body. The hitting unit is connected to the holding arm. The hitting unit applies external shock to a cone of the reform tube body. The horizontally moving unit is connected between the hitting unit and the holding arm. The horizontally moving unit horizontally moves the hitting unit to position the hitting unit on the cone. |
