PURPOSE: A heating device for an electric vehicle is provided to enhance temperature rise and energy efficiency by using a porous metal form as a heating source. CONSTITUTION: A heating device for an electric vehicle heats a vehicle by using a porous metal form(10) as an electric heating source. The porous metal form is formed inside a duct(12) which is inserted into the vehicle. The porous metal form is perpendicular to air which flows into the duct. The porosity metal form is shaped into zigzags or a vortex with a predetermined thickness.
