<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack in which an insulation member and a harness fixing member can be provided around a terminal with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: In a battery pack 1, plural electric cells 7 are aligned, and spacers 8 are arranged between the respective electric cells 7. An insulation wall 48 is provided between terminals 41, 42 of the adjacent electric cells 7 not connected by a bus bar 10, so as to form the insulation wall 48 integrally with the spacers 8.
