PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing hot rolled steel sheets with excellent anti-fluting and anti-corrosion properties and a hot rolled steel sheet manufactured by the same are provided to improve the machinability and platability through proper control of components and optimization of manufacturing processes. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing hot rolled steel sheets with excellent anti-fluting and anti-corrosion properties comprises a step of hot rolling steel which comprises C of 0.001-0.006wt.%, Mn of 0.05-0.3wt.%, P of 0.001-0.020wt.%, S of 0.020wt.% or less(0 is exclusive), Al of 0.01-0.07wt.%, N of 0.001-0.004wt.%, B of 0.0005-0.002wt.%, Cu of 0.05-0.5wt.%, and Fe and inevitable impurities of the remaining amount and a step of shot blasting the hot rolled steel sheet with shot balls of 0.1-0.4mm at a blasting speed of 40-65m/sec. |
