PURPOSE: A functional polyolefin-based staple fiber, a method for fabricating the same, and a non-woven fabric using the same are provided to minimize factors which reduces the physical property of the non-woven fabric, and to prevent allergy and inflammation. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a functional polyolefin-based staple fiber comprises: a step of fusing polyolefin-based resin; a step of spinning the fused resin at 230-290 deg. C and at 50-100 m/min; a step of drawing the spun microfiber at a drawing ratio of 0.5-3.0; a step of applying shrinkage to the drawn filament; a step of spraying liquid resin and fixing; and a step of fixing the filament by heat and cutting in a predetermined length.
