<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform shearing without the occurrence of core deflection of an internal feedback type screw. <P>SOLUTION: The high shearing device 20 includes a heating cylinder 22 into which molten resin is introduced, and the internal feedback type screw 23 rotatably disposed in the heating cylinder 22 and having a feedback hole 34 communicated therewith on the inside. An outer peripheral clearance 38 is formed between an inner peripheral face 25 of the heating cylinder 22 and an outer peripheral face 30 of the internal feedback type screw 23, and a tip clearance 39 is formed between a bottom part of the heating cylinder 22 and a tip end of the internal feedback type screw 23. The bottom part of the heating cylinder 22 includes a bottom face 26 at the center and an inclined face 27 therearound. The tip end of the internal feedback type screw 23 includes a tip end face 31 having an inflow port 33 of the feedback hole 34 and a tapered face 32 therearound. The inclined face 27 is opposed to the tapered face 32. The component force of resin pressure acts in the orthogonal direction of a central axis O even when the composition of the flowing molten resin is uneven, suppressing core deflection of the internal feedback type screw 23 rotating at a high speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
