<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a driver to grasp a traffic color change with a structure not requiring a transmitter for transmitting traffic light information in a driving support device for supporting the driver in driving. <P>SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device acquires light color change information indicating a change of the light color of a traffic light and traffic light location information indicating the location of the traffic light from the own vehicle and other vehicles (S110 and S120), and estimates a color change time showing a time when the light color of the traffic light changes on the basis of the light color change information and the traffic light location information (S130). Then, the device supports the driver in driving his/her own vehicle according to the light color change time. By using such a driver supporting system, since the light color change information and the traffic light location information are acquired from the own vehicle and other vehicles, a structure not requiring a transmitter for transmitting the traffic light information allows the driver to grasp the light color change.
