<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus and method for eliminating influence of wrinkles generated on paper due to solidification of printing ink and providing moisturized paper having an excellent appearance and efficiently impregnated with a moisturizer. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus 20 for manufacturing moisturized paper 10, in which at least two sheets of paper 1, 2, and 3 are piled up, includes: a moisturizer application part for applying a moisturizer to one sheet of paper; a printing part 22 for executing printing on the other sheet of paper; and a tension addition part 23 for applying tension to the paper to which printing is executed, to stretch wrinkles prior to a piling part 24 for piling up both sheets of paper. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
