<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wrinkles from being formed in a polymer film, and prevent optical characteristics from varying in conveying rollers. <P>SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing the polymer film includes a superheated steam process, in which a stretched polymer film 3 is conveyed along a conveying path of a plurality of the conveying rollers 41 installed in a casing 6a and exposed in superheated steam sprayed through a nozzle 43b in the casing 6a.
