<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmental test device for which a signal line or the like can be pulled out from side faces on both left and right sides. <P>SOLUTION: A communication cylinder 60 is provided, and the communication cylinder 60 is fixed to an opening end of an opening 56 provided on a right side face wall 53 of a test chamber 3 at one end thereof, passes through the right side surface wall 53 of an inner side housing 45 and a heat insulating layer 2 surrounding the outer peripheral side of the inner side housing 45, further passes through the side face of a test chamber incorporating housing (outer side housing) 40, and is projected to the side of an adjacent housing 43 for incorporating electrical components. Then, it further passes through a space part 32 of an electrical component arrangement part 26 and an electrical side sidewall part 61.
