<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food cutting device for facilitating the exchange and the tension adjustment of a cutting blade, and applying prescribed tension to the cutting blade when cutting food even if the tension adjustment of each cutting blade is rough. <P>SOLUTION: The food cutting device is provided with: a food placement table on which target food 10 is placed; a cutting blade 3 whose both ends in the length direction are held by a cutting blade fixing frame 2; and a driving mechanism for relatively moving the food placement table and the cutting blade 3 in order to cut the target food into round slices. The cutting blade 3 has bosses projected at both ends in the length direction, cutting blade hooking members 110 and 120 having chevron-shaped grooves for hooking the bosses of the cutting blade 3, respectively, along a pair of side edges are arranged on the cutting blade fixing frame 2, and at least one of the cutting blade hooking members is provided with a tension adjustment member 130 capable of adjusting tension applied to the cutting blade by adjusting a separation distance from the other cutting blade hooking member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
