<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of a touch panel display device. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing device 100 in the invention includes: contact position detection means 101 for detecting the contact position of a contacting object on the display surface of a touch panel display device 110; and display control means 102 for controlling the display of a pointer that indicates the position of user operation on the display surface of the touch panel display device 110 according to the contact position of the contacting object detected by the contact position detection means 101, on the display surface of the touch panel display device 110.
