FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials and can be used in making structures and articles from concrete based on ash-slag aggregate. The crude mixture for making ash-slag concrete, which contains an aggregate and binder, which consists of flue ash obtained from burning Kansk-Achinsk brown coal at TPP-7 Bratsk, Irkutsk region, and liquid glass made from large-tonnage wastes from production of ferrosilicium at the Bratsk Ferroalloy Plant - microsilica, contains flue ash which consists of 25% field I flue ash, which is characterised by packed density p=830-860 kg/mand 6.8-7.2% residue at sieve No.0008, and 75% field II flue ash, which is characterised by packed density p=710-750 kg/mand 1.3-2.0% residue at sieve No.0008, the aggregate is an ash-slag mixture from Irkutsk TPP-6, Bratsk, which is obtianed from burning brown coal from KATEK Irsha-Borodino Coal Strip Mine, with packed density of the ash-slag mixture ?=1200-1250 kg/m, consisting of 10% ash and 90% slag, with grain size of 0.315-5 mm, with the following ratio of grains of given fractions, %: 5 mm - 56.0, 2.5 mm - 4, 1.25 mm - 15.7, 0.63 mm - 11.1, 0.315 mm - 5.8, and moisture content of 1.5-2%, with the following ratio of components of the crude mixture, wt%: said liquid glass 16.70-18.00, said ash-slag mixture 61.50-62.50, said flue ash consisting of 25% field I flue ash and 75% field II flue ash.EFFECT: improved strength properties of concrete.7 tbl |
