<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold and utilize stress information given to the electrical equipment while including a commodity distribution process by mounting a compact and low cost data logger which consumes less power and is mounted with a strain sensor and RTC, on the electrical equipment. <P>SOLUTION: When the strain sensor included in the data logger detects the stress of a prescribed value or larger, the RTC holds a time at which stress is given. The detecting operation is finished at the time when the first stress is detected. When the RTC of the carried electrical equipment is in the stopped state, the user returns the electrical equipment to the manufacturer.
