The device (1) has horizontal and vertical air guide elements i.e. slat-like air guide elements, which are more adjustably arranged, where direction of air flowing out from an air outlet is more variable by adjusting the air guide elements. An electrically controllable actuator is provided for moving the air guide elements. An affect-sensitive actuator device (7) is operated to manually produce a control signal for actuating the actuator, where temperature of air flowing out from the air outlet is more variable by the actuator device. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle.
