PURPOSE: A roast plate including a dual plate structure is provided to maintain characteristic tastes of meat by forming a food putting unit at the center of an upper plate in the roast plate and by suppressing emission of gravy from the roasted meat. CONSTITUTION: A roast plate(100) including a dual plate structure comprises an upper plate(10) and a lower plate(20). Meat or fish is put on the upper plate. An upper frame unit(11) is formed at an outer side part of the upper plate to prevent oil from being leaked. A connection unit(12) is formed at a lower part of the upper frame unit. The lower plate is installed at the lower part of the upper plate and is heated by heating sources. A lower frame unit(21) is formed at the outer side part of the lower plate to separate the upper plate and the lower plate at regular intervals. A coupling unit(22) engaging with the connection unit is formed at the upper part of the lower frame unit. A space unit(30) is formed between the upper plate and the lower plate in order to heat the upper plate. |
