<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current sensor which is robust against an external magnetic field. <P>SOLUTION: A current sensor 1 includes a bus bar 2 in which the current flows, a sensor body 3 having a hall element 4 for detecting magnetism and calculates a current value on the basis of the amount of magnetism detected by the hall element 4, and a magnetic shield member 10 arranged at an outer position surrounding the bus bar 2 and the hall element 4. The hall element 4 has magnetism sensitivity in one direction, and is arranged at a position where the magnetism sensitivity direction is suitable to detection of a magnetic flux generated by the current flowing through the bus bar 2, and in addition, a magnetic flux of the external magnetic field is substantially orthogonal to the sensitivity direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
