<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor memory card capable of preventing the degradation of a data signal on a board where a semiconductor memory is mounted, and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor memory card according to an embodiment comprises: a semiconductor memory; a memory controller that controls reading and writing of data from and to the semiconductor memory both in a normal mode and in a high-speed mode having a faster data transfer speed than the normal mode; and a circuit board that is provided so that the semiconductor memory and the memory controller are separately mounted on the front and rear sides of a multilayer printed board having at least one internal layer. The circuit board, which is provided on a mounting surface of the memory controller for data input/output between the memory controller and external devices in the high-speed mode, has a golden terminal for the high-speed mode, for which a gold-plating processing is performed; high-speed differential signal wiring between the golden terminal for the high-speed mode and a bonding pad for mounting the memory controller; and a plated lead for the gold-plating processing, which branches from the high-speed differential signal wiring and is cut in the vicinity of a branch point within the circuit board surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
