<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up data base control processing as to management of access to work object equipment for providing commercial service. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided an access management server 30 which receives application information from a first terminal, receives a work request from a second terminal, and manages work of a third terminal. When receiving the application information, the access management server acquires information from a first database storing host information and a second database storing account information and then registers the application information in a third database, and updates the registered application information based upon approval information. When receiving the work request, the access management server acquires information from the third database and a fourth database storing terminal information and collates the information with the work request.
