<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for improving quality of the coating while resting an immersion bath when performing an electromagnetic closing. <P>SOLUTION: The device for hot-dip coating a metallic continuous body 1 includes a container 3 for storing the melted coating metal 2. The metallic continuous body 1 is vertically guided through the container. The device further includes a guide passage 4 that is arranged in front of the container in the transfer direction R of the metallic continuous body 1 and connected to the container. In the region of this guide passage, at least two inductors 5 are arranged at both sides of the metallic continuous body 1 in order to hold the coating metal 2 in the container 3 and the interval is provided from this container. In that case, at least two tubes 11 are provided in order to supply from the side of coating metal 2 and these tubes are opened into the guide passage 4 in the horizontal direction at the height H/2 being the half of the height H in the vertical direction of the inductor 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
